A
bust of the late Martha Mitchell can be seen on the small block of open land between Main
and State Streets and 10th and 11th Avenues. The bust, which was sculpted by
Lawrence Ludtke of Houston, is cast in bronze and placed on a pedestal made of polished
granite.
